We have two guest speakers that will address women’s health and how we can make better choices for our lifestyle, our eating habits and our mental activity. As we head into the holiday season, it is important we remember to maintain healthy eating habits as well as a healthy mental state of mind. Our guest speakers are going to share with us some great tips that will personally help each of us.

 
Julie LaBelle
Inside Out Natural Foods
A mom of four with a background in commercial real estate, Julie took health into her own hands and dove into months of research to find answers to her own struggles. Her findings initiated a complete overhaul of her family's eating, and she wanted to share its amazing benefits with her community. Inside Out was born; a meal delivery service that provides ready-made meals comprised of whole, unprocessed foods with no refined sugar, wheat or dairy.
 
 
Hillary Straus, MA, LMHC
Executive Director, Psychotherapist
Hillary is the Executive Director of the Maitland Wellness Center.  Hillary’s holistic oriented counseling practice is part of the integrative wellness team at Maitland Wellness Center.  She is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in the state of Florida (MH #13684) and has completed a Master of Arts in Counseling Psychology with an emphasis in Depth Psychology from Pacifica Graduate Institute.
As a counselor working with individual clients Hillary takes a holistic approach to finding relief from anxiety, depression, and relationship issues.
