We are driven to cultivate leadership through community immersion and interaction.\n\nThis exclusive seven-month program encourages growth of its members by engaging with interactive activities\, onsite events\, and panel discussions with mentors\, business experts and other key executives. The curriculum provides broad-based leadership perspectives to familiarize the participants with the challenges\, opportunities\, and resources for the benefit of their businesses and the community at large. These half day sessions run from 9:00AM 1:00PM and include all course materials\, program presentations and light refreshments. At the completion of seven Leadership Maitland working sessions\, the program culminates with a graduation ceremony and lunch where we celebrate your achievements.\n\nParticipants are encouraged to attend all sessions in order to complete the program.
