Job Description
Lake Fairview Marina is looking for an Operations Assistant.  Full Time – Weekends required.  Salary based on experience.  Start immediately.  Benefits available after 60 days. 
 
Applicants must be experienced in QuickBooks (or Peachtree), have knowledge of Word Processing software; Excel, extensive internet experience, and have basic accounting knowledge.
 
This position is responsible for answer incoming calls, accounts receivable, accounts payable and assisting in the daily operations of a small business. Marketing and networking opportunities are also part of this position.   
 
Applicants should be very detail oriented, have the ability to mulit-task, troubleshoot and resolve problems in a timely manner, good communication skills, positive attitude and the desire to continuously build knowledge and skills.  Marketing and social media skills are a plus. Valid driver’s license is required.
