NextStep Orlando Scholarship Fundraiser

On Sunday, February 9th, 2020 a Charity Benefit for the Samantha Slusak Scholarship at NextStep Orlando will be held at Teak Neighborhood Grill in Maitland, Florida. 
The Sam Slusak Scholarship Fund was established to honor the memory of Samantha Slusak who suffered a C3/4 spinal cord injury during a gymnastics practice in New Port Richey, Florida that left her paralyzed from the neck down. Sam became one of our first clients and unfortunately passed away too early in life.  In 2014 her family created the Samantha Slusak Scholarship Fund for paralyzed individuals who are financially burdened and unable to attend NextStep Orlando’s Recovery Program.
